5in5 Song #3 “I See You Now”

5in5 Song #3 “I See You Now”

Daniel came to me with this one today.  We both that that Molly’s “smokey” vocals were needed on this one!

I See You Now (Click here to hear it!)

I See You Now

You were beaten and bruised for our transgressions

You were hung upon a tree for all to see

Your body was pierced, but nothing broken

It really didn’t matter much to them

You appeared to Mary in the garden

You appeared to your disciples many times

You appeared to Peter and to Thomas

It really did not matter why or how

I see you now

I see you now

I didn’t way back then, but I do now

I see you now

I see you now

I didn’t way back then, but I do now!

In a world filled with clutter and confusion

You are here, ever present, still the same

You found me alone, and in seclusion

And that is when you rescued me from sin

I see you now

I see you now

In a  world that doesn’t care to notice you

I see you now

I see you now

I didn’t way back then

But I do now

Mmmm, that’s one lovely thing about God. It doesn’t so much matter if we saw Him then. It’s if we see Him now. Good job!

I love the simple lyric of the chorus.

Lovin the teamwork! I have a hard time seeing Daniel being the diva in this relationship though, admit it Eliza! :-)

    And thanks for the compliment!
